Community! Make new friends, renew old

ATTENTION 5TH GRADE PARENTS!
This is an exciting time
for our children as they enjoy their last year in elementary school. As we move closer to those last days, we are
putting together a Memory Book of their experiences and we need your help. Please send one baby photo and the
Kindergarten school photo of your child. Kindergarten school pictures are
preferred, but if you do not have one, we will certainly accept another photo.
We would also appreciate group photos taken from school activities, field
trips, concerts, etc. The book will primarily consist of 4th & 5th grade
photos. A small section will be included with photos from Kindergarten through
3rd grade. Please submit only photos of
children who currently attend Memorial
School. If you have not sent in your photos yet, please
refer to the flyer sent home in last week’s backpack folder for instructions as
to how to submit them. To ensure that your photographs are
included, please be sure we have them by February 28th! -- Fifth
Grade Memory Book Committee

We are
excited to offer a Junior Softball Clinic geared toward 2nd grade
girls, first year players, or to any girl wishing to improve their skills. We have a great team of coaches in place as
well as 2 planned sessions led by Bob Mahoney who for many years has been
involved with girls softball, coaching at all levels. This clinic is designed to transition first
time players into the sport prior to the start of the season building skills
and confidence along the way.
This is a “No Cost” clinic; the only
requirement is that you have registered your child on line at BBSA Online.
Clinics will be held from 4:30pm – 6:30pm

We
strongly encourage 1st year players to attend 4 of the 6 clinics
