2018 Toast to Memorial
Please join us in support of Memorial School at our most successful annual fundraiser.
Sample wine from a variety of different vendors courtesy of The Liquor Cabinet as you socialize
and survey all the great raffle prizes, Golden Ticket items (valued at $100 or more) and a limited
selection of LIVE auction items that have been so generously donated by members of the Memorial
community and beyond.
Don’t miss the opportunity to win one of the amazing themed baskets assembled by
every classroom at Memorial. These coveted baskets are overflowing with items donated by the
teacher and the families of the students in each class.

All proceeds from this event will be used to enrich your child’s experience at Memorial.
In the past, the funds have been used to supplement field trips, defray supply costs and improve
our school programs.
Cost:  $30 per person in advance or $35 at the door
$20 for a sheet of 25 raffle tickets
$10 for Bingo card, $15 dollars at the door

Guru Vandana

A celebration of Teachers!

Thank you to Mrs. Sarolkar, a fifth-grade parent, for the invitation to share in
this wonderful Hindu tradition.

Guru Vandana means “Reverence for the Teacher” – it is the thanksgiving from a student to a teacher, expressing his or her gratitude. The Guru Vandana program provides a platform for students to honor their teachers for imparting knowledge and wisdom to them.
