From the office:
From the Office:  If you are moving before the start of the next school year, we will miss you, but wish you well.  Please drop by the office to fill out a withdrawal form for your child.  This will ensure that school records will be sent to the new school in time to place your child properly in the new school.

From the Nurse:  Physical Examination and Immunization updates for children entering 4th grade in the fall are required by Massachusetts State Law.  A copy of these documents needs to be on file here at the school.  Copies may be brought into school through the end of this year, and as school starts in the fall.

From the PTO:  PTO's Family Picnic is Wednesday, June 15th. Enjoy a music, dancing, games and more! $5/person for 2 slices of pizza, drinks and slush station. (Food purchase not required to attend) Register online at memorialschoolpto.org

MEMORIAL FIELD DAY
June 9, 2016 Rain Date June 13, 2016
The fifth grade students will be running all the stations and taking groups from station to station.  We will have teachers responsible for overseeing the stations to ensure safety and fair play for everyone.  This format will allow parents to view all the stations instead of just a few.   Parents will remain outside the fence around the field but will have the opportunity to travel from station to station with their child and take photos.  We ask that the parents be observers only and enjoy this special event.  Parents are invited to bring a bag lunch and eat with their child.
