From the 4th Grade Team, Mrs Olshaw, Miss Bannon & Mr. Peterson:  Please help us support the Burlington Food Pantry by bringing a non-perishable food item to the 7th Annual Turkey Trot race on Wednesday, November 25th.   If you are unable to attend, and would still like to donate, please drop off items in the box located outside the office now until Nov 25th.

FROM THE CAFE:  It is the policy of the Burlington Public Schools to limit the amount of money a child can owe the Burlington School Lunch Program. When the limit is reached, the child is given a cheese sandwich and a carton of milk for a charge of $1.50 for lunch for the duration of their negative balance.  To enable your child to continue to receive a full school lunch, you must deposit the missing funds into his/her lunch account. This can be done either online through the PayPams System or by sending in a check to your child's school cafeteria made out to 'Burlington Public Schools Lunch".

The Book Fair Is Coming:  Mrs. Rachel Small, Librarian at Memorial School is looking for volunteers for the annual book fair. click here to sign up.  Book Fair Dates are December 14-18.

Books make great gifts for the Holidays!

Lost and Found:  The lost and found items are piling up in the cafeteria!  If you or your child are looking for missing sweatshirts, jackets, hat, glove, or any stray items  be sure to have your child check in this area.    Please ask your child to check the lost and found during school hours.

21st Annual Coats for Kids:  Please donate your gently used winter coats for children and adults.  Any warm, winter coats, gently used, good quality, all sizes needed (Especially XL, & Pre-K sizes).    Please do not drop off any coats with rips, tears, broken zippers, or permanent stains.  Sweatshirts, vests, and spring coats are not needed.  You may drop of coats in the main lobby of Memorial School, there will be a box in the lobby.  Once collected and cleaned, coats are distributed by social service agents to those in need within the community.  The coat drive will run Oct 12th - Jan 8th.
